Flea and tick prevention is strongly recommended if your dog goes outside. On the Property: Pets must always be on a leash while outside your apartment, and are not permitted in any indoor or outdoor common area. Pet waste must be cleaned up promptly and disposed of in waste bins. Failure to do so may result in penalties. Visitors may not bring pets onto the property. Management may make exceptions or modify this policy on a case-by-case basis.
